"I guess I was happy to have recommended this place by a sweet waitress in the smortorget caffe. since my first visit 2 days ago at this place I have eaten here every night. amazing choice of Italian cuisine especially when they are a vegetarian. they were very busy on a Saturday night that was understandable, I got another table and served on time. each employee was occupied to deal with many customers, but their service was still top notch. I had pasta on my first day and on my third day of visit, various dishes. I had pizza on the second day. all the dishes were delicious. they could taste every ingredient and was sublimely well cooked. I'm glad I discovered this place. whether I'm in oslo or stavanger or in tromso, norway never disappointed me when it comes to eating. I recommend this cool place."

"My wife and I ordered food through foodora and paid 600kr, only to wait 2 and a half hours for our order. Just 15 minutes before their closing time, we received a call saying they couldn't deliver our food due to snow in the area causing issues for their delivery driver. Snow in Norway, how strange. It seems like something they should have been prepared for. Despite the snow, it shouldn't have taken so long to deliver a pizza, even in difficult conditions. To make matters worse, the person only called me after I had tried calling their establishment five times before finally getting through. I was told the food was on the way, only to have the order canceled and promised a refund that never came. Now they are closed and it feels like we have been swindled. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so disappointing. Always read reviews before ordering from a place, and absolutely do not order from here. Meal type: Dinner."

"Here it was bad beef. Ordered Filetto de Manzo NOK 399 This was a steak well worth from NOK 400. It said on the menu melts on the tongue , but it certainly didn 't. Ordered medium rare but the steak was completely rubbery and raw inside. The waiter was very nice and let us get the food at 50%. "Got a good review here on Google. My partner and I therefore chose to eat at Saray. We ordered a starter and a main course in the same order. The appetizer came pretty quickly. The tortillas we ordered were cold and the cheese was not properly melted. The salsa was cold and tough. We had only just started on the starter when the main course arrived. My entourage ordered plank steak and I ordered entrecôte. So no difference, they were served the same way. The entourage had added creamed potatoes. These he sent back when they were cold and they had a sour taste. Have. Got the offer if he wanted new cream potatoes or fries, so he took fries. The steak for the accompaniment was raw on the side that did not run down against the hot plate on which it was served and well cooked on the side that was facing down. It wasn't spicy, so I added salt and pepper in the hope that it was only what was wrong with the meat. It wasn't. The retinue did not eat their meat. He got pepper sauce for it, it tasted like Toro's. The entrecôte that I got was almost impossible to cut into as there was so much sinew, cartilage and other things.
