"I would give 21 Oak a 5* rating even if i hadn't enjoyed my lunch so much. Because i so appreciate what they are doing. A plant based, locally sourced restaurant. Yay, you. I ordered the taco salad first. It was amazing. I would order it again. Every day!! That delicious. I also ordered the protobello mushroom dish. The mushrooms and rice and veggies were all cooked perfectly, but i did not really like the sauce. Too much like plain mustard. My tea was lovely. The wait person was amazing and attentive and fun. The peanut butter chocolate pie for desert was ok. A bit crumbly of a texture... And too strong of a peanut butter taste not enough chocolate) I did bring a non vegan friend and was n...

We loved the small, yet quaint restaurant nestled off of the main drag next to a juicing shop and a water pipe shop featuring local artists' work. The food was flavorful and served by pleasant and helpful servers...to those who are especially new to vegan fare. I would recommend this adorable restaurant to anyone looking for a vegan menu with very reasonable pricing.

Food with amazing flavor, ingredients, and intention. Diverse menu with myriad options (a welcome change when most of the time I have to pick from the only vegan option on the menu! all the way down to types of tea. I love the mission and action of this place. Eclectic music played, the space was relaxed and fun to be in. Took 1.5 hours to get there and I'll do it again soon just to be there.

My daughter is a vegetarian. I am not but we both liked 21 Oak a lot. I had a bit of cold and the tea (Tulsi, ginger, lemon) I had was perfect. I had the special cauliflower tacos and she had a hummus crunch wrap and onion soup. We both the food was tasty and very reasonable with large filling portion, which is not always the case at Vegan restaurants in Philly where she lives. A very cute, calming space. Our waiter was attentive. Very nice lunch day!
