"We are from California and got in late and hungry. Ordered a marghertti pizza, Hawaiian regular and gluten free. Everything was delicious. They kept doors open after they closed to fix a pizza order for us. Great customer service. Everything was so good we ate there again the last night of our vacation."

"I recently read a review on here about someone mentioning the owner being unpleasant, but I was truly surprised by our experience. We had a reservation for 6:30 but had to change it to a later time due to friends running late. The owner was incredibly accommodating, even on a busy Saturday night. I was impressed to see the owner on site. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and our group is excited for another meal at Spy. They were able to fully accommodate my dietary restrictions, which is not always the case at busy restaurants in the Hudson Valley. Our experience rated a 5 for food, service, and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the vegan Tofu Wings. The price per person was $50-100 for dinner."

"This place is not really vegetarian (despite what their sign says but they do have some great vegan options. Sadly, they're not labeled on the menu, so you do have to ask. I got the mushroom tofu stroganoff which was flavorful, creamy and delicious. It came with a side salad which was quite fresh and good, with a couple of vegan dressings to choose from. There are plenty of vegan dessert options to choose from (no vegan ice cream though, so I had to skip the a la mode on my apple crisp. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, good for a date night, and its own parking lot. Portions are generous, and prices are reasonable."
