Well...I gotta give it to Arby's I had to ride my bike through the drive through and they took my order .and they where dealing with rush hour. when I got to the widow, it put a smile on there faces and mine, they even double baged every thing....so I could ride off safe..a great experience do to the lobby being close from floor damage..thanks ladies and gentlemen..

Absolutely couldn’t have had a better experience! Jeff who was working the drive thru was the best EVER!! His personality is out of this world he made mine and my moms day. We got our nails done and he complimented them and we had drove thru a couple hours before for my mom prior to appointment for a slider since she hadn’t ate all day. He noticed we came back and not going to lie it was mostly because of him and his awesome aura! Give this man a promotion ??? Oh yes and the food was great too. Worth the calories for the awesome experience we had with Jeff!

I have a five star as I appreciate people working when others, well, aren't. I rarely see the same people each time I visit lately. I'm disappointed the potato cakes are no longer sold, but that isn't a worker choice so I didn't rate on that. I typically have thanked workers for being there to feed us hungry folks, and it seems employees appreciate that. Such a little thing can go such a long way for these workers and everyone should try it. Sorry staffed means longer wait time. Don't gripe or yell at them as it isn't their fault, nor that of the managers or owners. This is nationwide as I have family all over experiencing the same things.
