Arby's should improve their appearance and complete the construction. However, the blame also falls on the General Manager and Mayor of Santa Clarita who allow this unacceptable behavior to continue. The new popcorn chicken pieces at this restaurant are absolutely delicious! However, the service was a bit slow.

I came to try a French dip and shake but unfortunately the paper straws they have don't work well with shakes. The combination of paper straws and shakes doesn't work. Also, the au jus for my dip was ice cold. They need to improve.

I have always loved the beef and cheddar sandwich. So, when they introduced the fish sandwiches I figured I'd give them a try. Oh my God! They both totally sucked!!! I couldn't have been any more disappointed. Now that I really think about it I cannotremember being disappointed with Arby's ever. I hope this isn't reflective of the quality of their food now.
