"The restaurant has an unappealing exterior and has been under construction for several months. It appears rundown and is located in a questionable area of Santa Clarita near illegal taco stands that don't follow tax or health regulations. Arby's should improve their appearance and complete the construction. However, the blame also falls on the General Manager and Mayor of Santa Clarita who allow this unacceptable behavior to continue. The General Manager seems ineffective and only focuses on collecting their salary without earning it."

I came to try a French dip and shake but unfortunately the paper straws they have don't work well with shakes. The combination of paper straws and shakes doesn't work. Also, the au jus for my dip was ice cold. They need to improve.

I have always loved the beef and cheddar sandwich. So, when they introduced the fish sandwiches I figured I'd give them a try. Oh my God! They both totally sucked!!! I couldn't have been any more disappointed. Now that I really think about it I cannotremember being disappointed with Arby's ever. I hope this isn't reflective of the quality of their food now.
