"Went here this morning and got a pork belly banh mi for $4.50 +tax and it was good, a little dry for pork belly but it good. Customer service was good and they made the sandwich fairly quickly. The place was clean and they did practice social distancing guidelines. Plenty of parking when I went. The sandwich came with veggies on the side, they didn?t ask me but they served it that way. There was plenty of meat and they used a good amount of pate."

Tons of food and drink options here, mostly of Vietnamese fare. Had a tasty fusion roast beef banh mi. Also picked up an an interesting durian bao, apple pie and espresso cookie. Great open seating area that is bright and clean.

Stingy Management. Bought $20 of stuff, asked for a cup that is thinner to fit the cup holder and they wanted 0.25 for them. The sugar cane drink is now 100% filled with ice before adding the sugar cane, so there is hardly any juice for $6.50.

Very clean and spacious bakery/cafe. The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. The parking can be somewhat limited, hence the stores enforce 1-hour parking limit. The coffee tasted good and fresh. There are no breakfast sandwiches offered here, just bakery.
