"If you have a low-mid temp latte with an uneven, burned frying taste accompanied with a curt, indifferent posture and overall unpleasant far... then this is your place. With the numerous local coffee huts in town I am not sure how this place survives. I have to hear a really positive experience from anyone I know, or a pleasant encounter myself, from any Steam Dot location in the Anchorage area. I gave an extra star because they have a tasty cheese cook, but honestly it's just not worth it. Alaskans have standards for coffee, and this place certainly does not meet them in the product or service."

For the first time I tried their coffee (steam point) and converted into it. I've been loyal to Starbucks for a long time, but I found it better. Baristas are always so welcoming and friendly. You are not afraid to start conversations to chat with you so it definitely made the overall experience so much better. I recommend their coffee drinks, also their red bull drinks. The mangorote bull is delicious!
