Waited 10 minutes for water and rolls Two cooks and one person cleaning tables (not serving) Where is the Manager????? Nowhere to be seen. Extremely poor shift scheduling. Feel sorry for the server as he was doing his best to keep the place running."

The service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible.... didn't bring us rolls unless we asked, never asked..... never got salad dressing with my salad until I asked and it took 15 minutes to get and it wasnt even busy never coming again

Horrible experience. Ordered takeout. It was ready quickly and now I know why. Fake chicken, little to no sauce, broccoli or capers on our 2 dinners. All I can say is you need someone who knows how to cook appetizing food. Simply terrible food

During the peak of the pandemic I order from their location in Berlin, CT and the food was great. I ordered from them the other day and was very disappointed! I ordered lasagna and it was the worst I have ever tasted. It was just pasta with ricotta cheese and NO MEAT. The pan was half full. It also arrived cold. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
