"Very mediocre. We did not receive our drinks until after our food arrived even asking several times where they were. My friend’s drink which was supposed to be their special for the Barwars had 2 very brown bananas floating in it. Thankfully they exchanged that catastrophe for their old fashioned. The Caesar salad was covered in cheap, bagged croutons. I received the wrong size salad and was told I wouldn’t be charged for it but I was. I also ordered the scallop appetizer and the risotto under it was very unappetizing looking and tasting. Way over salted and covered in some sort of very sweet jam. Visited 6/27. The waiter was below average! When we asked to be seated outside he told us to come in and find him if we need anything. The beverages ordered from the bar came in dirty glasses. We were expecting an above average meal considering the price, we were all extremely disappointed! The steak was chewy and not cooked well, the fish dish was served cold, the pasta however was good. We will not be back!

This was described as a jazz club so we decided to try it. The background music was jazz but it wasn’t the live music I expected, assume this was due to Covid. That being said, the food was great. We had steak and the Presidential pork chop. The steak was perfect and the pork chop was excellent. The service was a bit slow but they are probably struggling to find staff as every other restaurant these days. Definitely recommend!

I stopped in for breakfast while staying in this amazing hotel, The Black Hawk Hotel. The waitress was very friendly. I ordered the omelette with ham and Swiss cheese. This was a phenomenal value for the large portions. The omelette had chunks of delicious ham and gooey Swiss cheese. The hash browns were crisp and the English muffin was toasty. The whole breakfast was only 14.00 and I took half of it back to the room for the following day. Nice atmosphere to start my day.
