"We enjoyed our stay at the Broken Spur Inn. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and well worth the price. Nice views of the surrounding area, and super close to Capitol Reef National Park. Hot breakfast came free with our stay and was yummy! Also, dinner at the steakhouse was very impressive! If you're staying at the Broken Spur, I highly recommend eating dinner at least once at the steakhouse super convenient as it is on site, and also probably the best food around."

Great rooms that came with an awesome buffet breakfast included with all the trimmings, not some cheap continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and went all out to make sure our stay was exceptional. The steak restaurant was very good and we were served quite quickly.

Positive: Everything was amazing. The view was excellent, it was clean, and the hot tub was well worth the tiny bit of extra cost. If you have time, grab a steak at the restaurant. The food was excellent. Morning breakfast was also very good. Negative: Nope. We will be staying again soon.

Enjoyed the steak at their restaurant. If the portion is too big for one person, you can have it split into two orders with their own sides. Would recommend pairing it with the soup of the day. The complimentary breakfast was quite nice as well. The area is quite nice, and the rooms are adequate. There's are coin-operated washers and dryers, which is quite convenient when going on a trip for several days.

"What a jewel! The burgers are on the expensive side, but they are really delicious, especially after a day of hiking. We tried the Mac-Käseburger, the Speck-Käseburger and the Pilzbleu. We share them to try everyone, and I'm so glad we did. The bungalows are really high quality, brioche style bungalows, and it makes such a difference! And the Patty is top-notch. I don't often eat a burger and feel like I really appreciate the Patty myself, but this one really found out for the right reasons. The Mac-Käseburger had really mild green chilies in it, and it was the perfect touch. It is certainly not spicy, but made for a dynamic bite. The Mushroom was delish! You do not skip at all on the beats so you get a lot of cheese and mushrooms. The pommes were quite normal, but they were crispy and golden, so no complaints."

"Spectacular! My first time trying antelope and elk and wow it blew my mind so many flavors; delicious. The presentation of the food is so beautiful. I had their day special dish which was the chicken with rice and it was so great. The surroundings and the place itself are beautiful. Thank you to our waiter Kerry! He did such a great job? so you need to try this place if you?re in Torrey. You won?t be disappointed. Great food, great service, great place. Thank you again"

"here was amazing! it is so inconvenient from the outside, but as soon as they enter, it is obvious how much love they put in the mood of the place. the wall has beautiful, handcrafted and handmade masks from different regions mexikos and it was bright and welcoming. the staff was extremely helpful, nice and attentive. I was so stolen to find vegan options beside rice and beeping in rural utah! the food was fresh and delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who refutes through torrey on the way to the capitol reef or on the way to home!"

"We loved our experience here! So many of the other reviews were correct when they say this is a hidden gem. We had never been to Capitol reef before and wanted ample time to explore it and the surrounding areas like boulder and escalante. We had a 5 yr old, 2.5 year old and 2 month old with us on the trip and we had a wonderful time! The hotel is conveniently located about 13 minutes from the park entrance and it’s right next to a gas station and a subway.The rooms have been redone and updated and the breakfast was really good! We ate at the steakhouse and enjoyed our meals there as well. All in all we loved our little getaway and would totally book here again. We were not expecting such beautiful views from the property either! They were awesome!! The Only complaint or improvement would be to turn down the heat of the hot tub, it was VERY hot, almost scalding. Other than that, it was great value for $150 a night including taxes and fees. Thanks Torrey : we’ll be back!"

"There are not many places for a decent breakfast in Torrey, Utah. Especially a place opened early and on Mondays. It was a great place to fill up before our drive in Capital Reef National Park.My friend and I ordered the two egg breakfast but I had mine with bacon and she ordered smoked salmon. We really enjoyed our breakfasts as they were very tasty and hearty. The café also offered different coffee drinks like espresso and cappuccinos which were a great addition to our breakfasts.The service was great, the atmosphere comfortable and the food delicious. You really cannot ask for anything more while on a road trip!"
