"I always wanted to visit this restaurant in NYC but never had time. Bumped in to it in PHILLY and I made time and let me tell you I was not disappointed. As always joined by my wife we made the visit heads up make reservations this place gets packed and quick! Call them in faster and safer . It was raining out this evening, so we stepped into this restaurant, not knowing what to expect. It was a little pricey but we enjoyed and the food was outstanding. We sat at the bar. Alex was our server/bartender thank you for an enjoyable evening.

First time here for a business dinner. This place has a great variety of vegan vegetarian menu on its course, to choose from. Spicy edamames, curried cauliflower, stuffed edamame dumplings, cashew tofu, spicy bao buns, vegan salad etc were amazing choices!! Great variety on their menu and food choices. Dessert options were amazing ranging from cakes, donuts and coconut tropical dessert!!!! Must try for a foodie! Located in Philly downtown makes it convenient to access and reach for group gatherings and happy hour.

Always wanted to check out Buddakan, but was rarely in Old City where it 's located, however, I happened to be in the area and thought I 'd get a drink, for I already had dinner.
