"Management appreciates their customers. We ordered online and it had DoorDash showing as the delivery method (only after I paid). We got our food- the order was supposed to be 30 traditional wings, large fry, a chicken wrap with onion rings, and a Diet Pepsi. When we received the order left at the front desk, we only received 30 BONELESS wings. The total was $75 with the fees and tip. I called the store and spoke to a manager named Scott. Luckily our hotel was somewhat close. Scott offered to fix the error if we could pick the order up since Door Dash originally delivered. Good. Standard BWW food. New app based ordering system from you phone to your table... Took 2 minutes to figure out once we did it was fine. Attractive, attentive waiting staff even though using app 90% of time.
