"The breakfast at this restaurant was fresh and hot, a rare occurrence as the croissant was not flat and wet from being left out too long. The staff was friendly, although they were short one worker who eventually showed up. I usually go to Burger King on Union Rd at Genesee St (near 7-Eleven) because they still offer 2 for $4 and $5 options on their croissant breakfast sandwiches. I wanted to try the new cheesy melts, but I didn't want to ask today because the cook, manager, and drive-thru person were all busy restocking the cooler. I even accidentally left my food behind and had to send my friend back to pick it up, but it was still perfectly hot thanks to being wrapped in double paper bag...

Awful experience. Despite there being only six cars ahead of me, I was stuck in the Drive-Thru for half an hour just to get two hamburgers and mozzarella sticks. Not only did they mess up my order, but the mozzarella sticks were cold and hard as a rock just five minutes after ordering them because I was eating on the way home.

our house was in construction, so my man said I'm going to burger king for us, he's coming back and there are no items. calls the load, talks to the manager who asks him if he wants to pick him up another day. No, we want it today or we would have ordered it another day. I go back and asked him for names. austin packs it, slips it into a pocket and slides it over the counter. never turned. I've never looked at myself. not even a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". nothing! bad customer service. I've been restaurant manager for 20 years and that was a hit in the face. time to move.
