"We booked this spot based on the reviews for the weekend brunch. We arrived at 10am to a fairly dead restaurant. The server was slow and uninterested or engaging. The food was just ok for the price to borderline overpriced. I had the avocado toast, which consisted of a single small piece of bread and al very light spread of avocado. Definitely not what you would expect for $17. My daughter ordered the acai bowl, which looked to be a giant bowl of granola chunks with a couple scoops of acai on top and half a banana. No berries, honey, or coconut, which are the basics for this menu item. All in all, it was a blah experience. We visit Carlsbad a couple times a year and love to find great spots...

Great Friday night happy hour on the patio with friends. Great band and view is awesome. Have a date night on Wednesday that I heard was very good dinner and wine! . Gonna try that next time.

Fast, friendly,and fantastic food. Server, Alexis, recommended the Reuben because the corned beef is good....NOT! ITS GREAT!. The new Ciabatta chicken also good. View from the patio is soothing to the soul. Wish I had taken photos.Food: 5/5
