"A group of us visited Charley's yesterday for lunch and drinks. Our first time and we really liked it! Fun atmosphere! Love the outdoor area! They have live entertainment, corn hole, comfy seating areas, and the service was very good. Our server was handling the establishment on her own and did a great job! We ordered the boat of onion rings, Cobb salad, french dip, burger, and steak sandwich. For drinks we did sangria and a whiskey sour. Both were very good. We will definitely be back for food and the live entertainment."

Love this place. Didn't eat the food so can't say much about that. But I can tell you the atmosphere is awesome and live entertainment was spot on! Saw the band Duckface there. Everybody was up singing and dancing and having a blast.

Charlie’s tavern is the best… nothing beats sitting outside by the fire pit and listening to live music. Amanda and her team have made the outside area feel like a comfortable backyard. Staff is great, appetizers and pub menu. I like the French Dip.

Had so much fun when I was here last month. Was treated rudely by the bouncers tonight who were insistent that they can’t take out of state IDs. Said I was “lucky” they were giving it back. Had no scanner to verify this, and were difficult about something that was a non issue. If you don’t have a NJ license, don’t bother !
