"I am disappointed to have to write another negative review for Ciao, as we have been loyal customers for 24 years. This was my second visit in less than a week, and unfortunately, my experience was not any better than the previous one. It seems like there may be some issues with staffing or a new chef, as our service was again very poor. Our server was kind, but we had to repeatedly ask for drinks, bread, and oil. We dined inside and felt secure following the current COVID protocols. The server was attentive, and the manager was friendly and accommodating.

Food was excellent! Service could not have been better. Reservation for outside placed us in the parking lot. Just a little disappointing. Was hoping for a better table with a reservation. Still all and all a pleasant experience.
