"Great service! Friendly staff! Nice place for live music in the lounge. Fun Spot in Long Neck! They flew for dinner, ordered cookies... after 20 minutes they came back and told me they just ran out... no big deal. I ordered the shrimp sampling instead of seeing it visually. But the problem was that they told me exactly how the rest of my parties food was delivered, so that my next 15 minutes lasted - until I started eating all the others, was practically finished only. Another good time."

Just got a Dozen Large and 1/2 Dozen Medium steamed crabs with a bowl of crab soup from carryout. Soup was excellent, crabs were sized as expected, full and very tasty. This was my first visit, customer service excellent. Will definately return. A+

The food was excellent and loved the atmosphere. I was on the fence with my feelings of charging us for a drink they recommended that we don't like ourselves and have replaced with another drink. We paid over $100 for food and drinks for 2. I personally would have forced the drink to win a new patron. Otherwise was a nice experience with great food.

"We were surprised by the 3.99 percent fee we were charged for not using cash . The lettuce wedge salad had more yellow white part versus green , the blue cheese was yummy but it was thrown in the middle of the plate. For $12 dollars it should be ripe lettuce . The soup did have great flavor but it didn’t fill the cup and wasn’t hot just warm .Waitress was good . But when asked about fee she said oh it will only be a little bit because your bill is $30. That is not relevant it’s the point if the fee. I did like the taste of the soup so I’ll try it againDietary restrictions: Nutrition menu would be so much appreciated"

"We enjoyed eating our time there. It was a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The quality of food was EXCELLENT and DELICIOUS. The amount of it was PLENTIFUL VERY PLENTIFUL!!! In fact, we had to take a little home. Thank you. Long Neck Diner! The usual 'chain shop / restaurant' can 't hold a candle to the quality of taste especially to the frits {oh my goodness, they were delicious}!!! No! They were great even to eat them today AFTER we visited The Diner. They were still good. I wish I could have the other day. [Daily would just make me fat!] Our waitress, Karen, was also great. When I mentioned THOUGHT THAT I had made a mistake to order salad dressing, she went back to her tablet to see and ADMITTED that SHE had taken the wrong dressing. How many servers do this? She told me I made the mistake and I believed her. She didn't do that. I am very happy and proud of her and I have never seen her! That was our first visit to this diner. It will NOT be our last! I had four (4)? Stars instead of five (5)? because the floor was dirty. I didn't care, but that's the ONE AND ONLY REASON for my four stars instead of five. The carpet appeared clean, but the floor under our table was dirty. I almost asked the waitress if we could have a stand other than she set us, but I don't. I didn't want to be rude or seem too rude. It wasn't her fault someone was following mud with her shoes. Thank you. Long Neck Diner, for a nice afternoon and a delicious meal. I hope you'll do VERY WELL in the future. God bless you!"

"Had a great time out there on Friday night. I was visiting a buddy of mine who lives in town and works the door at the Paradise venues. It was packed and had a decent band playing. If I lived close by it would definitely be a regular spot to hang out. I 'm sure the atmosphere varies with what is going on at the time but for me, Friday night was awesome."

"We reserved ourselves because we had a big group. We had a great experience. It was for my birthday. Service was great! Ricardo and Allen were amazing. We were a group of 13. We had everything we needed, didn't have to wait long. The food was delicious. My husband said Ricardo, our waiter, it was my birthday that they came out, I didn't know a surprise, put a sombrero on my head and sang happy birthday. Very funny. Have fun. Definitely back."
