We are not local but frequent town for the children’s hospitals, and ordered from curbside pickup. When I had a very small problem with a part of my order, they not only made a new item for me but added several extras as she noticed I was traveling with kids. She was so thoughtful and nice! We really appreciate such great service and food.

we're here for breakfast this morning. I loved cracker barrel. I would get hot eggs and cookies and gravy and it would be delicious. I feel like the quality has gone down in recent years. this time the eggs came out cold and the engraving was a bit warm. Although they immediately exchanged the food for new hot food, it is quite annoying to pay more for the food quality that has deteriorated. I think what makes me hold back is the sweet country store attached to the restaurant. but I wouldn't get out of here to eat. they really need to improve their quality of food to convince me otherwise. the waiter, stephen, was great.
