"We had my daughters sweet 16 birthday here tonight and I am very impressed!! Our wait wasn't too long for a party of 13, we had a large private area that was home to us all! And I have to scream out what really this pleasant... our waitress autumn!! Wow, she was amazing, just an absolute pleasure and made a FANTASTIC job! The food didn't last long and it was sooo delicious! Thank you. Olive garden and autumn for a beautiful, fun evening!!!"

"New app is terrible sandwich customization is nearly impossible now cheese and meat options no longer available and now the rewards program is losing 50% of its value as redemption points are increasing 50%. Good sandwiches but this is a great way to drive customers away by making the app and online ordering totally broken and cutting thr value of rewards program in half with no warning this makes me think twice before i ever order from firehouse again"

"Once again no pictures, but only because it took so long to receive our meals we were all starved and more than ready to eat. That said, I give them a pass on the service because they are only 4 days into their reopening at the hopefully end of the pandemic and all the problems brought on by that. I can say the new owner was very helpful and friendly, as were the several servers that waited on us. As for the food, it was worth the wait, I had the Bacon Jam Burger along with both the chips and fries, they were very tasty. The servers recommended the House Ruben and after a little confusion on whether they were available it was discovered the YES they were available and those that ordered them were pleased with with them and that they had lived up to expectations. The olive burgers were a hit too. All said for now I will give them a 3, because they went over and beyond to explain what was going on with the kitchen and staff, and they did everything they could to make things right and that we return. Hopefully the next time the kinks of opening will be worked out and the reach their full potential. The 9 of us did all agree that we will be back, and hopefully be able to give them a 4 or 5 star rating and based on their attitudes and determination I am sure the will."

"We ordered for pick up yesterday. We ordered beef and Brocolli which was served in a rice container. It was a small serving compared to what you get everywhere else. I was stunned. Please beware. The entrees are smaller than traditional sizes. It seemed like we were cheated half a serving. The taste and flavor of all the meals ordered was less than desirable. The oil used to cook it tasted old or reused. Very disappointed. Service: Take out"
