"While working in the area, I needed a quick lunch and decided to place a phone order for pickup at this restaurant. I swung by on my way to my next destination and ordered the lamb beef gyro, which was delicious. Unfortunately, they were out of their signature Olivye salad, so I opted for their very tasty stuffed grape leaves and yummy roasted potatoes instead. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very welcoming and homey, and everyone is treated like an old friend."

"Do not trust the website prices for the Pan Asian Restaurant in Green Cove by AutoZone... My order was 16.99 on the website and 25.99 when I picked it up. I called her and let her know. They didn't try to fix the error. You just said... BAD KUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They knew about the mistake and still offered no remedy. Food was good, so they have two stars. It was not worth $25.00!!!"

"first time i went, i thought it would be school cafeteria food. let?s just say i was dead wrong.i got the bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings and every bite from start to finish was near perfect. fries were nice and crispy, and most importantly, it was filling. wait time is decent depending on the line. went here just now for my 2nd time and just as satisfied! underrated af"

"When foods are Luke warm, then thrown into the bags as if it doesn't matter, and isn't even right to begin with! Then you gotta go inside to explain slowly, and nicely to what's wrong with the orders or otherwise it can get emotionally personal for some reasons. I just wanted my money back cause I'm now running late, but then the manager's responses is, when did I buy these cause they're cold? I giggled and once again asked for my money back because I'm now really late for an appointment. It took about 45 minutes from the time I had ordered before finally getting my money back. To me that's not convenient or worthy of my time. I come from a long line of old school generations of hard work, proper , understanding my responsibilites in a real work settings of following guidelines of any companies we have performed Labor for. The selfrespect is earned and not given lightly unless a person earn or shows willingness to grow, learn, by being a team member. Nowdays, services and the qualities of all fastfood products has really gone down the drains these past few years since the COVID craze has emerge and slowly died down. Since than it's all about, who cares, I don't own the place, they don't pay enough, and all rules don't legally apply to them in their own fearless senses. Employees Work ethics has been long gone shot out the windows, even their newly hired managements are underpaid, just barely out of highschool with no backbone skills to show for, and let alone these companies surely must be loosing millions of dollars in revenues all the way around. Before long, a lot of these competitions between most fast food restaurants are fading away very quickly and sadly due to these repeated badly tactic behaviors. Some times I do wonder who's running the corporate offices from within. Cause someone is really missing their marks or their common senses.. "This MCD site was always great service and high-quality food. I live closer to another location in Fleming Island, as there were no good experiences with Green Cove Springs FL. Thanks to the exception recently order Burger at the mobile app order was not properly made as my burger was ordered with only salad and Mayo! It's disgusting soup ketchup pickle Mayo and pickles.
