"Stopped by for a latte while we were in town visiting. My husband got drip coffee and was very happy. My latte was made super hot which I like. Lots of varieties in flavors and drink options. The baristas and those working were kind and friendly."

"Came in for a business luncheon and had a great time. Fun having the cold prepare your meal right in front of you. The cook was comical and kept us all laughing. Very easy to talk to and highly skilled as a cook. The food was very tasty with large portions. Price are on the high end so if your looking for something more budget friendly then i would recommend going during lunch. Staff was all friendly to us. Would highly recommend them if your looking for a fun place to eat!"

"I have no doubt that Jakers was an amazing high-end restaurant at some point. This is no longer the case. The amount of money we spent here was more than any other restaurant in East Idaho, and the food was the worst we ever tasted. My husband and I have heard amazing things about Jakers for years, so we decided to try. We expected the high price day, as well as amazing food. Only one of our anticipation has been fulfilled. For appetizers we got coconuts and they were delicious. I was shocked how big they were. There were only 4, but we were all right about that, given their size. If that was the only thing we got this night, this review would be much different. Next we got our soup and salad. My husband got the stopper salad and became of how tender it was. He said he could've got it out. I have the Clam-Chowder that was a premium page????, which means it was an extra $2.50. I was disappointed by how tiny the bowl was, and even more disappointed after tasting. It tasted like it came from a cafeteria. Not good. Next came the main course. My husband has the main rib that was amazing. You did a good job here. He also got the loaded pommes (an extra $2.50 fee... and they were underwhelmed to say the least. Hardly any cheese placed on a bell of acid cream over the frits. My almond-crusted chicken could have come from a diner. Nasty is the best word to describe it. It was served over rice, which made hardly any appearance. With how cheap rice is, I would have expected more than the 1/4 cup I was given. It was also watery. I have the loaded baked potato (still another premium page with a $2.50 charge. It was ok, but my husband gave me the sour cream from his pommes to not be so dry. The bright place of the evening was our server. I wish I had taken note of her name because she was very sweet, attentive and friendly. I appreciate the attention she gave us in the first part of our visit, and the freedom to eat and talk uninterruptedly when our food arrived. I'll leave this review to show me that. I'll take care of the good people of E. Idaho. Don't come here to your chic dinner. Go somewhere else. It's not worth the $100 bill. Mitchell 's or Smitty 's would have served a better meal."

"this place is legendary here. Today was the first time. everyone in there was super friendly. even the customers seemed consistently happy. Perhaps the friendly contagious or maybe the people are just happy when fed well. we tried a lot of their specialties. the German pancake was huge, perfectly cooked and surprisingly fast to use. (many restaurants are on the menu for 15 minutes or whatever. but the German pancake came first. we didn't like the ****. they were bitter, so maybe they are not sweetened green apples? in any case we have stripped off and enjoyed the rest with powder sugar or maple syrup. very tasty."

"the food was good. unfortunately the rest of the experience was extremely poor. we arrived at 18:10 and sat immediately. after approx. 15 minutes we have placed our orders. we then asked ourselves a few more times about water while we waited (very difficult to do because the waitress often ignored us, we met with a few other tables that gave us sympathetic nodes because they received the same treatment.) we received the water after 7 15 watches (which are not typos, it was about an hour) we had not supplied the cuts at 745 at this time we had asked for the rest to go because my child cried to wait for an hour and a half, and the part that made it our table was too sharp and his order was still waiting. 20:15 clock rolled around, and so 2 hours after receiving our complete order, we paid the bill and left. I never got the limo I asked, but at least we got the water. eating was good, I can't give a star, but I won't come back. update: I originally gave 2 stars because despite the service eating was good. my wife has vomited all night with food poisoning, so it officially marks the worst culinary experience we have ever had."
