"It was okay, but not good. I got mozzarella cheese skewers and they were very greasy and not crisp on the outside. It seemed like they were put in when the oil wasn?t hot enough, and they had to cook them to death to get them brown. On the plus side,the workers were very pleasant, polite, and efficient. I?ll give this Fazoli?s another try just because of the good workersthere. Surely they just had a bad fried cheese day."

Eating was always good staff is always friendly noticed some new staff and managers were also very friendly! I will be coming back

Let's be real, most of their foods are okay, but the breadsticks should die. The gluten-free chicken pest is amazing even if you do not need gluten-free!

Slowest restaurant I?ve ever been to. Been in line at drive thru for 30 minutes. Then told to pull up and wait, I literally ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. So I?m sitting here looking in the window at the absolute empty dining room (seriously, don?tsee 1 person in there eating) how ridiculous.
