"There were some disappointing substitutions in the menu. I was looking forward to the swordfish, but instead there was salmon. White asparagus Risotto sounded good, but we had Pea risotto instead. (Which was dry dessert was listed as molten chocolate cake and instead was a piece of regular chocolate cake. It was disappointed that there was nothing to go with ham (peneapple, raisin sauce, etc., but the rosemary Demi-glace for the urn was excellent. The highlight was the Auberginen-Lasagna. It was excellent and so beautiful, a little carb meal as the potatoes potatoes, peppers (which were unfortunately overwhelmed with garlic. Food presentation was terrible, food was cold, not tasty and substitutes were not satisfactory. I felt so frustrated, not everything we expected. My husband refused to eat and we ended with an expensive review for the remaining three of us eating.

My family's Connecticut subsidiary has been celebrating Thanksgiving and Easter at Fire am Ridge for several years. The buffet is excellent, the atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, and we always have a nice time. Excellent service, very nice people, we love it.

Julie was fantastic! Great attention to our order and made us feel very welcome. Sat upstairs and the heat was unbearable. No consideration to comfort. The Etouffee was a bit watery and could’ve had more seafood for he price and less rice. Salmon was excellent!
