(Which was dry dessert was listed as molten chocolate cake and instead was a piece of regular chocolate cake. Food presentation was terrible, food was cold, not tasty and substitutes were not satisfactory. I felt so frustrated, not everything we expected. My husband refused to eat and we ended with an expensive review for the remaining three of us eating.

My family's Connecticut subsidiary has been celebrating Thanksgiving and Easter at Fire am Ridge for several years. The buffet is excellent, the atmosphere is beautiful and cozy, and we always have a nice time. Excellent service, very nice people, we love it.

Julie was fantastic! Great attention to our order and made us feel very welcome. Sat upstairs and the heat was unbearable. No consideration to comfort. The Etouffee was a bit watery and could’ve had more seafood for he price and less rice. Salmon was excellent!
