"This is a hotel with a quite traditional restaurant (meaning lots of dead animals) but it has at least one clearly marked vegan entree and a couple of marked vegetarian options. In this area this is like rain in the desert ... So I recommend this restaurant hoping that if more vegans come here they will add more options. The food was good, too not the usual fake meat or burgers but a whole dish made from vegetables: a kohlrabi filled with truffled puréed peas on a bed of spinach with small apple pieces and sautéed cherry tomatoes. Some added roasted pumpkin seeds or smoked tofu cubes would have made the dish perfect. We stayed at the hotel and there’s a small vegan choice for breakfast, too. They had two homemade spreads and a smoothie that were in a “vegan section” but the buffet provided a few other options as well (jam, syrup, breakfast rolls, fruit and veggies). Oat milk was happily served when we asked for it."
