"Love the food, service and decor. We had the fried alligator, fried green tomatoes, Cesar salad, and the bruschetta which were are amazingly delicious. Our main entrée's were the stuffed salmon with crab, trout, lobster tail, fried shrimp, fried Catfish all were exceptionally and seasoned to perfection. Hands down the best dining experience. We drove up from Chattanooga, Tn for the day to celebrate my two aunts birthdays who flew in from Chicago. Well worth the drive and flight..."

A yr after my 1st review, FT still very good. Now I got the parm/potato encrusted flounder w/ superfood medley spinach. Delicious as was 4-cheese crab dip app chocolate Charlotte (both shared).

This restaurant is a hidden gem. It deserves a Michelin star, the atmosphere is beautiful and the food and service is superb. In all the times we have gone there we have never been disappointed.

fische thyme is my favorite restaurant for quality and tasteful seafood! I love to get the north georgia truffles and truffles. eating and the experience is always amazing! I encourage them to make reservations because this restaurant is overcrowded due to the great service and kitchen. Moreover, this is a black-owned and family-run operation.
