"Today I went to Freddys and I was having a horrible day. The girls at the drive-through noticed and they made my drive-through experience exceptional! They seem like they actually really cared about my feelings even though I was just in a drive-through, which was really nice to have that sort of warm experience come from a fast food place. They went out of their way to write a cute little note on my custard and also the cooks had wrote a note for me and put it in my bag. Not only was the food good, but the service was stellar. Our 1st time there to actually eat the food and not just order the frozen custard. The burgers were delicious and hot and the French fries were hot and plentiful! Definitely enjoyed ourselves and left happy. Of course we got custard afterwards.

Food is always excellent. However, during my last visit, lady in drive thru did not pay attention at all to my order, and took two attempts for a manager for fix my ticket/price. Overall, the problem was corrected to my satisfaction, and food was still excellent as always. 4 stars for now.
