"the only reason why I took one star was that I could hardly hear how the guy took our order and it just remained loud throughout our stay. we went to lunch at 1 o'clock and they were very busy. it doesn't matter to me if a place is busy, it must mean that they are good, but there must be something that could be done to absorb something. Something. the food was great! everything was properly cooked and prepared and the shoe ring fries were really delicious. the freddys sauce was pretty good, reminded me of a spiced ketchup and mayonnaise mix. Overall, I would go back and recommend to give this place an attempt. I hope it's not so busy/laut."

Very friendly. Clean. Great atmosphere. Fast service. The food was very good. I repeat the double patty melt. But the other burgers are just as good. All in all a great lunch experience.

eating was good as normal. I wish they had someone who often cleared the tables. any available table must be wiped. if we ask someone to clean it, they only cleaned our table and left the others dirty. the whole restaurant would have used a little sweep and wipe. fries was a bit cold and crispy when I like.

Waiting in the car for an hour is completely unacceptable. Then in the window and no excuse for waiting, coupled with me the wrong order and bad attitude afterwards. Then had to park to go inside to get my right order, as well as the ones never came to see me. I then directed myself to the person who traveled to me in the window for my right order and left. Never again!!!!

"I love that my family can all get their favorite type of Asian food in one place. There is a huge variety of dishes and sides. So far we've tried some of the Japanese and Chinese dishes. So far everything has been very good. They do get quite busy on the weekends so sometimes the carry out times are a little longer than estimated but well worth the wait. 2/15/22 I've removed two stars because I feel like the service is not where it should be. The food is still great, which is the only reason to return. My last visit was an online order that said 10 20 minutes. It was 50 minutes before my food was ready. In the thirty minutes I stood in the restaurant waiting for my food I saw a food delivery driver get frustrated and leave without her order and I had enough time to get to know two nice ladies that were waiting for food when I arrived and were still waiting when I left. I really hope Passion Fusion is able to get there service straight before it's too late."

"Always hot and fresh and very delicious. Firehouse subs Jimmy John's are my two top choices for the best sub. When you purchase a sub here donate a dollar or two to their firefighter foundation cause it goes to buying life saving equipment for the men and women who risk their lives to save our lives. Been going here quite a while and I've never had a bad experience here. Very clean dining room clean bathrooms. Respectful employee's and pretty quick food service. Trust me nothing compares to Firehouse Subs except Jimmy John's. They steam the meat which brings the juicy robust flavors of the meats out. I usually get the Hook Ladder add bacon and recommend you try it if you haven't yet. If you haven't tried this place yet what are you waiting for?"

"Maybe it's not them, maybe it's YOU!. I've been reading these reviews by other people and I felt the need to defend one of my favorite new places to eat. A lot of these negative reviews come off as childish and nit-picky. I have never had a problem with this restaurant and don't know of any of my other friends who are regulars who have. The food has always been excellent, the service has been great, and other than the unavoidable things that sometimes go wrong I've had nothing but positive things to say about this restaurant. To me it sounds like these people giving negative reviews are used to going to the chain restaurants where they will scrape and bow to any insignificant issue that you choose to make a big deal out of. I for one have never had this problem with The Park. Keep up the great work folks!"

"The mashed potatoes tasted like sour cream or rotten. They tasted as good as they looked, awful. The hash browns had no flavor and were very greasy. We both felt sick all day after eating there. The waitresses were friendly though. Overall would not recommend.Food: 1/5"

"The Lost Cajun should just get lost. I wanted to like this place, but couldn 't. My first visit the service was so terrible and slow I left without getting my meal. I was in the area last night and decided to get a second chance. We all need those from time to time right? It took a few minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Then when we were we ordered drinks. They have wine cocktails so we ordered a sangria and peach Bellini. The sangria tasted vinegary and the peach Bellini looked more like pink lemonade and tasted like water. We then ordered boudin balls which were nearly burnt looking but somehow mushy inside. The sauce was spiced honey mustard. Everyone else 's table received a sample, but we had to ask for one and it wasn 't worth asking for. The crawfish etouffee tasted fishy and sweet. The jambalaya was so dry and everything else was watered down. My partner ordered the trio (gumbo, red beans and the jambalaya). I ordered the boil. I received two clusters of small dried out crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corn and a half piece of sausage. They put their Cajun dust on it to cover of the tragedy on the plate. The potatoes looked unwashed like they just dropped them in the pot. The garlic bread was so cold, when I bit it, it crumpled it didn 't even have a crunch. They should be ashamed of what came out of that kitchen yesterday. We asked for the check and left. The food was so bad it wasn 't even worth sending back. We spend $65 just to have to go out to eat elsewhere. I am sorry I didn 't take pics, but it was just so l terrible and I wanted to leave. Beware please find somewhere to spend your money."
