"My family has stopped at Ronnie's in Auburn Massachusetts since 1983. It is our station on the way from New Jersey to summer vacation in New Hampshire. We make the trip several times a year, and always stick to Ronnie 's as a matter of course. Indeed, we avoid traveling on Mondays and Tuesdays as Ronnies is closed these days! Her fried mussels are the best in New England. Juicy bellies and cooked perfectly every time. Mom loves her scallops and my sister-in-law is always ready for her lobster role. The line is moving fast, so don't worry. I also love the ice level and have my annual cone before school starts."

"When I first started going there. I loved it. HOW EVER, about a month ago, they changed the seasonings used to make the home fried potatoes. I was told that someone said they were too salty. (OK, use a little less, not hard to figure out). I DID NOT LIKE THE NEW SEASONINGS. COULD NOT EAT THEM. TOLD THE WAIT STAFF, (WHO ARE EXCELLENT PEOPLE) About it. When back a few times, but the management didn't have the good sense to listen to a regular customer. Went back today, didn't order home fries, but got em anyway. Ate one, THAT WAS ONE TOO MANY. TOTALLY GROSS. I MIGHT BE BACK FOR LUNCH SOME DAY, BUT DEFINITELY NOT BREAKFAST. MANAGEMENT PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS."

"Zorba's is a Mediterranean place that oozes a home-y Greek feeling. There's a ton of seating inside and every time I've gone the wait has been minimal. The food is always fresh, although it sometimes takes a little longer to come out. I've had more than a dozen menu items, and each one was cooked perfectly and there was never any issues and I never had to send any food back. The staff is normally pretty good, however the last few times I've gone there have been missing items and it took a while for us to get our orders in. However I still come here every time I'm in the area!"

"If you are tired of all the same old chain restaurants and looking for a good homemade food, this place is for you! Scratches made comfort food from potato salad to corned beef hash, cooked to order on an old-fashioned flattop grill and served in a healthy part without unnecessary frying or garnishes. So happy to have lunch on our itinerary."

"I have been going to dresser hill since I was a child, my siblings and cousins use to all jump in the back of my uncle's truck and off we went, the food was always amazing, and the ice creams were taller than the cone! I hadn't been in years until my sister, brother in- law and their children came for a visit and we met up there for dinner and ice cream. This was my own children's first time there, and they are all adults or close to it. I bragged the whole way there that as a child it was my favorite place to go in the summer, with the best food and best and biggest ice cream cones ever lol They didn't disappoint at all, everything was amazing, large portions and everything was cooked perfectly, the shakes and ice cream were delish also, and the prices were decent, I had the Angus cheeseburger, and I admit I'm very picky but I ate every bite! This upcoming Friday would have been my father's 74th birthday, he passed a few years back but every year we still celebrate him, when asking my children and husband what we should do this year to celebrate him everyone at once asked to go back and celebrate at Dresser hill. So thank you dresser hill for continuing 30 years later to still be my most favorite summer dining."
