"Great food and service! Lovely view. Our server knew we were old friends catching up and let us take our time. It was his birthday so we have him a big tip. Would go again. I had the bolognese because I’d been eating seafood for days and the half portion was plenty for lunch."

"Unfortunately, the dining experience was subpar at best. We had reserved a table for 4. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server. We placed a drink order and after receiving drinks we placed our dining orders. 3 of the 4 dinners had specific requests. For example, I requested onion rings in lieu of fries to go with my burger. The other changes were simple as well. There was one Caesar salad for an app that was delivered immediately. After that salad arrived we waited over 1 hour that's right over an hour)for our dinners. We patiently waited , asking our waiter for updates. He has no specific reasons for the ridiculous delay. When the meals finally arrived, 3 of the 4 were incorrect. None of the substitutions were included. I pointed out the error to the waiter and told him that the unreasonable delay coupled with the wrong meals was totally unacceptable. The waiter insisted that he had included the substitutions when placing the order. To the waiter's credit, he reported our displeasure to the hostess. She came to our table and apologized for the delay and the meal errors. Her explanation focused on recent changes in the kitchen staff. I noticed that she had spent time conversing at other tables before approaching us. Apparently, we were not the only folks experiencing long waiting times. The hostess offered a 50% discount as compensation for the delay and the errors. We accepted her offer. The food was good. "5 star food, 1 star waiting. We waited about 2 hours in the line, with the line starting in the parking lot on the water (see my picture). Many people criticism says their best lobster role they had in Maine. I'll be honest and say it wasn't the best lobster I had, but it was certainly the biggest lobster I had. They stuff the roll with 2 3 times the amount of lobster put other places. It had essentially lobster with one side of the bungalow. A good lobster for me has the prefect balance between lobster and buns. We also ordered the fired scallops that were phenomenal. Would I wait again? No, I wouldn't be in this line again for two hours. But I'm glad I only experienced this great Maine classic. I hope this review will help you decide whether you are waiting for the line for the 2 hours!"

"Parking is large, great for a Friday or Saturday crowd. Atmosphere is chill, great staff and delicious food! My husband and I have come here twice now and have not been disappointed. We started off with the fried mushrooms which were on spot! The breading did not fall off nor was it too thick. The mushroom was not at all mushy, a nice delicious texture. We split the haddock wrap which was huge! You are definitely getting a bang for your buck here. The fish was cooked well and the wrap had just enough sauce that it did not make anything soggy. We will be back for sure!"

"We stoped in on our drive to Rockland. We weren’t expecting much just a beer and some pizza and a place that was dog friendly. This place blew us away! The food was amazing! (We got pizza and the loaded fries). The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced (which is rare around here). But the BEST part was the service! Cindy made our experience fantastic. She brought water (and a treat) out to our dog. She chatted with us and made some recommendations. She felt like she was a good friend we came to visit. I will be recommending this place to any and everyone!"
