"5 star food, 1 star waiting. We waited about 2 hours in the line, with the line starting in the parking lot on the water (see my picture). Many people criticism says their best lobster role they had in Maine. I'll be honest and say it wasn't the best lobster I had, but it was certainly the biggest lobster I had. They stuff the roll with 2 3 times the amount of lobster put other places. It had essentially lobster with one side of the bungalow. A good lobster for me has the prefect balance between lobster and buns. We also ordered the fired scallops that were phenomenal. Would I wait again? No, I wouldn't be in this line again for two hours. But I'm glad I only experienced this great Maine classic. I hope this review will help you decide whether you are waiting for the line for the 2 hours!"

"Parking is large, great for a Friday or Saturday crowd. Atmosphere is chill, great staff and delicious food! My husband and I have come here twice now and have not been disappointed. We started off with the fried mushrooms which were on spot! The breading did not fall off nor was it too thick. The mushroom was not at all mushy, a nice delicious texture. We split the haddock wrap which was huge! You are definitely getting a bang for your buck here. The fish was cooked well and the wrap had just enough sauce that it did not make anything soggy. We will be back for sure!"

"We've found our go-to restaurant in all of Maine. Dining here is the first time in a long time that the service, food, and atmosphere were far and away beyond what we could create at home. The prices seem high for Central/Coastal Maine, but are perhaps too low for the quality you get! Little Village Bistro has, in my opinion, the best atmosphere, service, food, cocktails, and a pretty strong wine list to boot! Our server, Kennedy, was excellent and attentive without being overbearing. If you go soon, you MUST try the roasted Delicatta squash appetizer with the aioli. It was unbelievable."

"We came to visit the boothbay area and stayed next door to the water’s edge. My husband initially wanted to go because there were so many good reviews. He stated that recently there were some bad reviews posted but we decided to swing over for drinks and maybe an app or two just to see how it was. Please go here if you’re on the fence. We ended up sitting at the bar but we interacted with multiple staff in addition to the bartender and everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. I had some delicious cocktails, although my husband stuck to beer, but we also had fresh mussels and the Bavarian pretzels-both of which were delicious. It was so good we went back the second night for more drinks and a shrimp cocktail app that was *chef’s kiss*. My husband also asked for a **** Mary after 7pm and the bartender went in the kitchen and came back with some of his house made **** Mary mix, which was so good that I even approved it and I don’t like **** Mary’s. I’m taking the time to review this place because the staff we interacted with were impeccable and the food delightful, so I think they deserve the five stars. "Last time I went it I ordered their toasted cheese and lobster sandwich. It was not that good. I gave them a 3 but this time I GAVE THEM A 4. I ordered their BLT AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. THE WAITRESS made her rounds at the right times."
