the very well matched 5-course menu was presented in a fantastic way. the weinbegleitung was consistent, the environment and the service added the excellent one-pressure. the whole thing was at an attractive price.

the 5 seenland is strangely not pampered with excellent gastronomy. beautiful that there is the aubergine. unexcited but competent, attentive service in a dense, elegant ambiente. we changed between the individual menues back and forth. a total of 3 different greetings from the kitchen, an excellent wine card. many details make all this a tasteful experience, my favorite was the Breton red barbeque with jakobsmuschel. so must taste fish!The price is adequate. so.

I came to the pleasure of being cooked by maximilian moser and his team in the aubergine for the second time by an unexpected invitation today and I am impressed again how much he manages to compose aromen. it was very delicious - and always surprising. the combinations are not always to taste out, so the sweetness of the soup has given more intensity without ever coming on mango. And although I cannot be amazed for dessert, I have also tasted the sorbets of earthly, heavenly and basilikum from the teller... and then squeezed 2 more sweet surprises. so good. a clear recommendation and I come back, definitiw.
