"Very disappointed this evening. I just left the restaurant and I 'm in the Arby 's Drive thru. The service was fine, but the food was awful. We ordered spinach artichoke dip, and it was so bland and it came with broken tortilla chips (like the bottom of the bag). Then we received our salads, and at least a third of the lettuce was brown and rotting. We still had not complained at this point. Then we received our entrees. My partner got liver it was bland, and the bacon was almost raw and seemed to be microwaved. His mashed potatoes were not warm, and the gravy was dripping off the plate. Not up to standard tonight. Place was busy at 5p. That might have been the issue. Usually a great place..
