We ordered a ton of seafood and found it to be very fresh and, b/c we were able to control the temperatures ourselves, never dry or overcooked. Great Japanese BBQ place. I love this place for Japanese BBQ. They have great Kobe beef selections. They chuck kalbi and pork sausage are good. I also like their chicken noodles in garlic sauce.<br/ <br/ For dessert, you do not want to miss their Green Tea Crepe
