"Creative food, creative business. On our way to visit Sheyenne National Grassland, Sheyenne State Forest and Fort Ransom State Park, we stopped at Hodenattes for lunch. They only serve for lunch. Menu has a variety of sandwiches (6), salads (3), and daily soups (2), specialties, bakery items, and cafe drinks. Cold sandwiches (also available as packages) include the selection of salads or chips and fruits. Hot came with chips and fruits. I had spread the Ransom Handsome Sandwich Potato, fresh tomatoes, salad, homemade cream cheese, and crisisins on a delicious multigrain bread; Tea cup tomato bass soup, kettle chips, and three slices of fresh fruit watermelon and cantaloupe. Beautiful little jewel in the middle of North Dakota. I stayed there daily on a recently extended stay in Lisbon and enjoyed great food....nice selection of sandwiches that were quite delicious. Tiramisu also winners. It is a nice boutique on the main street that offers above-average food that is worth the ride.

NEW YEAR EVE DINNER. We enjoyed our fantastic dinner, Filet Lobster. Cooked and perfectly served! The excellent service, along with the relaxed ambience, brought the New Year wonderful. We also enjoyed live entertainment and look forward to the ouur special Valentine's Day Dinner in Hodenattes. Looking for a gift? Look at her great gift shop!

It is worth visiting Lisbon for!. Hodenatte is great! I was there several times for lunch, and their sandwiches might be the best I ever had, from fresh bread to crispy vegetables and high quality meat. But be warned against saving space for their desserts that are from this world! And I'm not really a dessert. Friendly, efficient service, a funky interior and great food, again, worthwhile, out of the way for.
