"My wife and I love this place, we even came here on our wedding day to have pictures taken. This is hands down the best coffee shop we’ve ever been to. I recommend the black berry mocha, and a jalapeño bagel with their house made rosemary cream cheese.Location is great, and the atmosphere is Awesome."

"What is going on with the Cartersville location remodeling?? You all have been closed a solid 2 months. The only other locations are 40 miles away. "Very disappointed saw alot of things going on in the kitchen. Our waitress looked like ske grabbed a French fry off someone's plate then saw a few cooks eating in the kitchen and some lady came in the kitchen and started hugging several of the staff members. My buddy glass was dirty with with some kind of mess in it"

"Our reservations were set for 7:30 on a Saturday we arrived on time and was seated immediately.I ordered the Surf And Turf my hubs ordered the Steak and 2 sides.About 10 minutes after placing our orders the waiter came back to our table to tell me they ran out of the hanger steak which that's the steak that comes with their surf and turf my response was so you're telling me I can only get the surf and not the turf,he then proceeds to tell me well you can get the other steak that comes with the Steak and 2 sides for a 10 dollar upcharge.I could not believe what I just heard you all ran out of an menu item that's part of a meal but I would have to pay more in order to get the meal I ordered.I was not a happy camper after that.The waiter comes back to our table 10 minutes later and says oh we have 1 more hanger steak that's on the grill so now you don't have to pay the upcharge,I was over it at this time my husband asked how this 1 steak all of sudden appeared the explanation was the lady seated behind me ordered 2 steaks and we have 1 left made no sense whatsoever.Our food arrived to our table at 8:30 way to long considering reservations were set for 7:30.The food was good my service not so good."
