"I rarely write bad reviews, but my food experience was not good. Dinner here was not as expected. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things off the menu or it was just that bad. My husband and I came here on a whim since we had limited options and wanted a place we could sit down and eat. First off the restaurant was almost completely empty with a few people sitting in the bar area. We ordered the Nashville hot chicken and waffles and the fried chicken plate that came with mashed potatoes with gravy and collard greens (which I swapped out for Mac and cheese since it had a pork base) and brownie sundae for dessert. We ordered appetizers and asked if she wanted to go ahead and receive the order for the main dish, we did not know how experienced or level of service she could serve!!! Food came super fast, with appetizers, my drink came after all the foodWith appetizers, we could not even enjoy, one of them would be cold …Manager came and asked, we told him about , he blamed on the system. We blame on the quality ofService, again… if you want to enjoy a dinner, not the place to go !

I've been here for a few years. I had a great service here and I had a bad service here. I was here in the past, where the food went wrong and not as I ordered it. I was also here and sat at the booth for 18-20 minutes without anyone coming to the table to take my drink order, let alone my food. The manager offered me a free appetizer. Seriously?!, free food is not the answer to bad service or a lack of service). Tonight, I have my check for $38.00 ish dollars and if they order the check for the wrong table $66.00 ish dollars. The waiting staff was played in a stand on their phones and employed to serve their customers. It's no wonder Metrotainment closes the restaurants. I am sorry to leave...

"Last night, my girlfriends and I had the pleasure of dining at this beautiful restaurant with an amazing ambiance. The customer service from the moment we walked in to when we were seated was exceptional. Our server and bartender were fantastic, and the drinks, appetizers, and desserts were all impeccable. I ordered the lamb cooked medium, which is how it should be prepared. Although I was initially concerned about the pinkness of the lamb, the co-owner took the time to educate me on how it's prepared and why it's cooked that way. I was blown away by the information I learned about cooking foods, particularly lamb. It was a night of delicious food and great education. Kudos to the MasterChef and the owners of this exquisite restaurant. I will continue to support and recommend this establishment to others. You don't want to miss out on the amazing food and drinks here - every bite and sip was truly delicious."

"This is the most amazing seafood place. I had never been to one of the locations and had no idea I was missing out! We had three people and selected a Summer Feast special, which feeds 3-5 people. There was more than enough, and the food was delicious! Different sauces and spice levels. The restaurant is spacious, and it doesn't feel like you're on top of another table. Would recommend to anyone who love seafood!!!"

"Our server was a brilliant example of customer service. She was attentive, humorous and fast. She expected our needs excellent. When our food arrived, we were impressed. I grilled the beef cheese and exchanged the Musenster cheese with her spirit pepper cheese. It burned well. They are very generous with the meat in their sandwiches and their black peppers are delicious. In the words of my companion, these pommes are a dream. I tried his phillie and it was so good that I became almost jealous. Next time I will try the grilled cheese with the Münster as it is on the menu. This place definitely goes into the hole in the wall category because it is so inconceivable and easily overlooked when you pass. But I'll tell you this pub is worth the stop. Make yourself and your appetite a favor and come to see the nice people in Brockett Pub while they will give you a 5-star menu you will never forget."
