"I have been there on numerous occasions in years past and they have been great but in recent years and even the past few months the workers are horrendous. The few girls that decide to show up and get paid to do nothing deserve to be fired, the hoursclearly show what times they open and close and I have been there other nights before 9pm, that means at 9 even thought they saythey close at 10 you shouldn't hide behind the counters and turn off the lights when someone pulls up in front of the store. Great and clean location! Jeremiah rocks and goes above and beyond nearly every time I’m there! Today he made it a point to open the door when I an armful if drinks. The customer service at this branch is great. Thank you for a constantly good experience!!

The service was friendly and upbeat. I had to ask for help differentiating between two smoothies that were virtually identical. Would've liked a lable or marking for a more intuitive and proactive experience. I did get a good response when I asked forhelp.

The two times before I was at this point, the service was relatively lukewarm. Staff seemed to hate their job, and it wasn't important to be a kind of professional. HOWEVER, my husband and I were well looked after a long journey through Evan and Amanda, and they were perky and fun and had a great time as employees! They greeted us and took care of us while joking and laughing, gave the atmosphere a fun and lively atmosphere!
