As far as our waitress, (tall thin maybe early to mid 50 's with blond hair), was concerned, she WAS EXCELLENT, she was there before we ever even thought of asking for this or that. She was very professional, considerate, and apologetic for the fact that our meal didn 't come out correctly and told us there was a new cook on for the 1st time by himself.
