Aside from that, the quality of the chicken isn't the same as the original chicken joy! The breading is just different in taste and texture. I didn't finish my food. My first experience was bad I had to try this time to give it a chance but this is what I got. So nevermind, not going to eat in Jollibee here in the US."

Crispy, moist and delicious fried chicken with a side of gravy for dipping. The chicken was hot and not soggy or cold. Friendly and fast service.Food: 4/5

The fried chicken was good, but that was it. Everything else tastes like canned food. Service was the worst. No hi or thank you from any employee. It was obvious none of them cared about the customers. The cashier messed up our order, missing three items. No apology. Bathrooms were gross with no toilet paper.Food: 2/5
