"If you are going to order take away, make sure to check if the items are received is correct before you leave this branch. We drove 1 hr and when I got home, my 2pcs. Chicken is just a piece! Aside from that, the quality of the chicken isn't the same as the original chicken joy! The breading is just different in taste and texture. I didn't finish my food. My first experience was bad I had to try this time to give it a chance but this is what I got. So nevermind, not going to eat in Jollibee here in the US."

The fried chicken was good, but that was it. Everything else tastes like canned food. Service was the worst. No hi or thank you from any employee. It was obvious none of them cared about the customers. The cashier messed up our order, missing three items. No apology. Bathrooms were gross with no toilet paper.Food: 2/5
