"Fresh rice and ingredients. Overall, it's a decent albeit slightly overpriced lunchtime meal. I've had better in Hawai'i where I lived They give you Japanese soy sauce for take out which is nice.The current special, Crazy Salmon Roll is delicious, salmon melts in your mouth, no need for soy sauce here! The shrimp tempura roll was also fresh, but tasteless. A little seasoning in the tempura batter will help bring out the flavor. The seaweed salad is good everywhere as it's usually bought in bulk and dressed up in-house. Their version was a bit sweet.The staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the different options. I just wish the young lady behind the counter washed her hands after sneezing. That would have required putting down the cellphone *gasp*. Good thing she wasn't the one preparing my food and mine was almost finished at the time."

"Before I share my review, I want to mention that I noticed a lot of 5-star ratings. However, I can only give this place 3 stars due to my experience. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my coffee and had an allergic reaction. I ordered the breakfast tacos, which were presented cutely and quite well, but I couldn't finish them because of the reaction. I took the tacos to go and gave them to my husband, who said they were just okay. My sister ordered the old-fashioned breakfast (I believe that was what it was), and I was impressed by the gigantic pancakes she received. She mentioned that her food was good as well. We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant because the name wasn't very visible—perhaps we just missed it. The space itself is quite large, although it can get noisy. Our server was attentive, and we were seated promptly."

"I love me some Jimmy Bear's BBQ. My personal favorite is to start with the cheese sticks. I don't know why I tried the fried green-beans. I have had fried green-beans enough other places to know that I DO NOT like them. My daughter was with us and ordered them; they looked really good and so I tried them. I will forever ONLY eat fried green-beans at Jimmy Bear's. I have tried several other items and keep coming back to the St. Louis style ribs. The odd thing is that although the cook and smoke on the ribs is a little different each time that the ribs are CONSISTENTLY good. My best part of Jimmy Bear's is my favorite server, Christa! She makes the guest experience awesome at Jimmy Bear's. She was fun, engaging, and entertaining on our first visit. She joked with my family and me, and just made us feel like we were at the home of a friend or family member. I'm sure that the other serving staff is great, but we always ask for Christa."

"I have often sung with family and friends. The food is absolutely delicious; the service is excellent. Many of my guests have noticed that this is one of the best Mexican restaurants they have ever visited. I'll be back. My favorite dish is the Camarones con tocino. Delicioso!"
