"I hate to give a bad review to a business trying to survive, but Byerlys is attempting to control with weather or reduce our daily high temps by introducing paper salad bar containers. Nobody likes these, but the corporate overlords are convinced we will see cooler temps because of these. I suppose I could be persuaded, but I don’t really see that happening. In addition to introducing what many are calling the “paper straws of salad bar containers”, they are now trying to pass along infant utensils made of soybeans or old garbage for adults. Ever seen an oyster fork? Yeah, they’re like than only made of plants/garbage. I call on everyone to boycott the salad bar until they go back to normal...

We are from out of town. Been here a few other times and have always been very impressed. Great selection, quality products, and extremely helpful and friendly staff.

It would be nice, not to be racially porfiled at self checkout. Chopsticks and soy sauce packets are complementary when buying sushi and no my pasta salad isn't scanning seeing how I haven't even gotten the chance to do so. I was harassed and watched by staff before I could even scann my 3 items.Very negative and uncomfortable experience 0/10 wouldn't recommend.

Burnsville Byerly's puts a lot of effort and care into making this store disability friendly ... scooters are kept in great condition and always charged plenty of disability parking close to the doors free drive up service, or they're happy to help by bringing your bags out and loading them into your car every staff member here is polite and helpful ... I've been shopping here since 1989
