Mable’s Place Southern Cooking

First time eating here and the food is amazing! Best mac n cheese I have ever had, fried cat fish was so flaky and buttery. Very happy, we think this is one of the best restaurants in Okeechobee! Staff is extremely sweet!

Everything you expect from some southern kitchen… it’s there. Believe me. I went there with my girlfriend that I’ve known for just about a year now. Time flies huh. I love her. Just like I loved the food. I heard about this place from my grandma a while back and never tried it till today. My options were a little limited because I’m pescatarian but that was quite alright with this establishment. So we (me and my girlfriend) walked in there, and just sat down.
