"Never stopped here before today because the place is always packed with people. I am now wondering why that is. I ordered the chicken pot pie special with a vegetable soup and my wife ordered the chicken fried steak. The soup had no flavor. The green beans were crunchy and the mashed potatoes were from a box. The chicken pot pie was inedible because it tasted like they poured a whole box of pepper in it. The chicken fried steak was just as peppery. We left the majority of the food on the plate. Not returning to this restaurant."

Great place for comfort food. The lunch special was 2 fried pork chops. I has steamed broccoli and carrots, add a salad and drink for under $10 and you get a helluva lunch. Bon-a-petit!

"had the Bigger Plate . it was excellent. a little smaller than other stores, but great just the same. Madison took real good care me. I called to ask for chop Stix and sauces and she did all I asked for. Hats Off!!"

"Very delicious pizza. The pizza had a nice crisp crust, and flavors were really good. I like the pizza and wing lunch special they have. The wings were cooked to perfection as they had a crispy skin and moist in the inside, plus the flavor was bursting with every bite. Waitress was very attentive and helpful since it was my first time. Prices are good and extra parking across the street. Can't wait to come back!! Parking: Plenty of parking available and extra parking lot across the street"

"The food is okay but it's completely befuddling when you cant ask for a simple split payments on two different CCs when every other single restaurant in town does so she was either lying to me or didn't and couldn't figure it out! And this was a manager no less. I will never spent my money at this particular location ever again. I bet the whataburger down the road would have split my payment and I'd be happy eating my food instead of writing this rant and formal complaint to the manager on staff during this time. Time stamped 8:42 pm September 9th 2023 whataburger on main is a joke. This isn't the first time I've experienced poor customer service from this location and never complained until now everyone's thoughts and experiences should be shared good or bad unfortunately this was a bad one for me"

"I took my almost 80 year old dad to eat there with the hope that he'd get a good chilli dog. There was no one inside and no one at the drive thru. We placed our order and proceeded to wait. And wait. And wait. While we waited they did become busy in the drive thru. Finally, after 25 minutes, I asked what the issue was. They told me that they had run out of chilli. So we waited longer. Finally, after 38 minutes, they give us our food. Enchiladas and one chilli dog. No apology. Nothing. We should have been refunded after that long. I can assure you my dad will never want to go there again."

"This afternoon, Chilis was obviously under servants and overwhelmed. We arrived at a late lunch at 2:30 and went only after 4:00. Yes! Praise Kelly Ann our server. Everything in her control, she went with Poise. She was attentive, patient and friendly. She ensured that we were satisfied with our meal and service, even if our food lasted almost an hour to get out and they were made of melted cake/ice cream. Things happen, but Kelly deserves Kuddos. Thank you, ma'am."
