"Ordered a pizza and a large steak. When got there to pay. I could see the cashier double charging for topping when I ask why she said she was told by the manager to double charge the toppings so I refused to pay and called Ruston location and the same exact order, same exact topping was $10 less then called back and ask for the manager and she has no answer. All she had to say if I don’t like it, I can go to Reston."

"I do not recommend this restaurant. I ordered food to go and didn’t check my bag thoroughly when I picked it up. When I got home, I realized they had given me the wrong order. I called to explain the situation, but they told me there was nothing they could do over the phone and that I needed to speak to a manager in person. When I arrived, they continued to argue with me. Eventually, I became frustrated and left without resolving the issue. After this experience, I will look for other locations in the future."

"We love this place. We like the huge outdoor seating overlooking the lake or the small bar. Matt, the bar tender is friendly and makes great cocktails. Prices are reasonable and portions huge!"

"With so many choices in the sterling VA area, this restaurant serves a wide range of delicious dishes. I especially enjoy their pho soup (steak or chicken). Dishes are decently expensive, but the portions could be a bit bigger! The service staff are very friendly and if you are new to pho, they answer all the questions you have about the menu. It seems that the execution is as busy as the dune in. The staff is very attentive and good to keep your table from trimming with dishes and empty glasses. They are also good to ensure that all utensils are in a bag, and the table is well disinfected before sitting. It is definitely one of the best places to eat in the NOVA area"

"I have been going since they originally opened. It's a great place to eat in the day time or weekdays. However I no longer recommend going on Friday or Saturday nights. The crowd has become extremely creepy and scary. It doesn't have an upscale vibe at all. If you like the SE DC, and ghetto parts of Dale City and Manassas then this is your place. Definitely doesn't have a Loudoun County vibe. I don't recommend women going. Very scary. Watch your drinks and belongings if you dare enter on Friday\Saturday nights. It's quite sad actually as this use to be a great spot for Friday\Saturday nights. I hope they can clean it up."
