"5-star service, 3-star brunch. That was my first visit to Manor Hill and I went specifically for Brunch. Everyone was really-super-wonderful friendly, from host to our server to the Food Runner. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. It is rare to work lately with really friendly servers, and I would return only for this experience. Yay! The terrace is small, shaded and quiet. A beautiful little place to eat and chat with friends! The terrace is located on the back of the restaurant and seemed only accessible by climbing two stairs. Good for me, but definitely not ideal if someone in your group has mobility challenges, so note that if you are looking for outside food. I ordered fried eggs...

Super sweet tavern with a decent size menu. Big **** Marys with a lot of hair. The crab dive with mini funnel cake was delicious and different. Your chicken sandwich and baconries are mouthwater! Everything was delicious. Honestly, you can't go wrong with Historic Ellicott City.

It is a charming old tavern worth visiting when you are visiting Old Ellicott City. Two friends and I went to a weekday lunch and shared a salad, an appetizer Maryland State Fair funnel cake crabbe bath), and a pizza, and ate to our hearts ' content. Salad was amazing and the pizza was delicious. The dive was something to expect on the salty side, a crab dip) but the fried dough to be dipped was a bit dry and underwhelming. I also tried the draft beer flight and it was nice. Overall, the meal was very pleasant and the service was immaculate. We're coming back!

Beautiful beer garden in the old town of Ellicott City! It is located above the road from the tavern, but you get table service (a server will come to deliver your order. The menu includes typical pub-style dishes (burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, pommes, salads and of course many Manor Hill beer options. The food is good, but not spectacular. We enjoyed the brisket and the crab sandwiches. Also their IPA beers are good (if you like IPA), you simply know that the individual beers served in the restaurant are more expensive than the 6 packs.
