"Quick and dirty review: Birthday dinner started off promising with nice offer to taste between 2 Rose wines...then, regulars came in and sat next to our table and they got all of the attention of our server, we didn't see her again until she brought the bill. Sadly, she didn't check with us to see how our $60 per person Salmon was cooked. My husband's portion was partly rare/warm raw not medium rare as salmon should be served according to her. Extremely overpriced Salmon over paltry salad Nicoise. Meander is one of many restaurants that have become out of control overpriced for just regular, not exquisite cuisine."

I can't say enough about the service, atmosphere, and quality of this restaurant! Every bit of the experience was over the top amazing! Every bite was well executed, balanced, and full of delicious flavor! Every component was perfectly cooked. Cocktails were spot on. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and confident! Definitely try the olive oil ice cream!

You’ll notice the high ratings for Meander; it exceeds the hype. The cast iron chicken was delicious and tender; the vegetables were so flavorful that my sister who proclaims her dislike for veggies couldn’t stop eating them. The elote Dutch pancake might be the best use of fresh, Olathe corn ever. My steak was exceptional, and the German potato salad was delicious and the leftovers were great a couple days later!
