Payed 70 bucks for 2 hours of bowling, and only got about a hour because everything kept breaking.

Terrible!! The bathrooms were disgusting. Advised management that soap was needed in the bathrooms, it never got put in there. 2 toilets were stopped up, trash overflowing. The arcade floor needed to be vacuumed. Very understaffed. They had 3 people working the entire facility. The pizza they made looked ok, but after seeing the bathrooms in the condition it was in, I wasn’t eating it. Beware..

We took our kids to play here worst mistake ever. Bad costumer service, bathroom where disgusting. Half the games in the arcade weren't working and the ones that where working the tickets would get jam. My daughter hit the jackpot of 100 twice and 4 times the 40 plus 15 and there machine that counts wasn't working so the had to use the scale and it cheat her off by 100 tickets it only said she had 275, she probably had more but since the tickets got jam on the other games and we didn't want to keep calling them to come fixing it since I had already called them once because the tickets had gotten jam twice, they looked like the where bother by it the came fixed and walk away.
